FULL PROPERTY RENOVATION: Refurbishment of 2 bedroom mid-terrace property and construction of third bedroom. The property was striped back to the bricks and replastered throughout. All windows and doors were replaced with new UPVc. The boiler was relocated from the bathroom to the kitchen. The electrics were updated and new fittings installed. A new white high-gloss kitchen was installed with black granite effect worktop and new appliances. The existing bathroom was removed along with walls and new bathroom layout was erected, replaced with a new white bathroom suite and aqua panels. In the remaining space on the upper landing a third single bedroom was created in a clever use of the space. All walls, ceilings and woodwork was painted white throughout and grey carpet fitted to the stairs, landing and 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor, a neutral engineered wood flooring was laid to the living room, inner hall and dining room. Wood effect vinyl was laid to the Bathroom and Kitchen.

FULL PROPERTY RENOVATION: Refurbishment of high-end studio flat converting to a 1 bedroom flat. Created a new bedroom through the use of sliding pocket doors to divide the rooms. Swapped the locations of the bathroom and kitchen for a more natural flow to the apartment. New bathroom suite with walk in shower installed. New kitchen installed, making an effective use of the space. Utility cupboard created from old cloakroom space, storing the washing machine, water tank and utility meters.

Full Property Renovation: Full refurbishment of a 2-bedroom flat in a purpose-built block. This included a complete overhaul of the electrics and heating system, with the installation of a new boiler. The flooring was replaced, with neutral grey carpets fitted in the bedrooms, hallway, and living room, and durable vinyl in the bathroom and kitchen. All walls, ceilings, and woodwork were painted fresh bright white. The outdated kitchen, which suffered from leaks, was replaced with high white gloss units, a granite-effect worktop, grey vinyl flooring, and white goods. The bathroom was also updated due to leaks and wear, with the entire suite removed, a lowered ceiling installed, and new fixtures such as a white bath, toilet, vanity unit, and a chrome heated towel rail. Grey tiles were added around the bath, toilet, and basin, and fresh white paint was applied to the walls. The large window was replaced with a smaller window and fitted with natural wood sill while WC window was blocked up, The bathroom suite was removed and replaced with a new shower enclosure, bath, toilet, basin with vanity unit and heated towel rail. All modern black fitting were installed along with extra touches; Bluetooth-mood light with speaker, wall mounted electric tooth brush charger and bespoke light fittings, all to the very happy clients specification.
